Just the mere mention of coming to Paris sets most girls in a spin and has little champagne bubbles of excitement flowing through our veins.

I have lived in Paris for 11 years in the Marais district and have been lucky to see wonderful places thanks to many great photography jobs.

I’m not a guide but this is my personal Paris and I hope it will help you plan your trip and get to see some of the off-the-beat beauty that this great city has. You can also follow me in Paris daily on Instagram.

ITALY IN PARIS

Their may come a time when you can’t stomach another entrecôte, beef bourguignon or a chèvre salad. Here’s where I go to get a gelato in summer, a real Italian pizza or a buffalo mozzarella.

A STEP BACK IN TIME

Paris has preserved so many great traditions and La Chartier is one of the last bouillon restaurants. It’s not Alain Ducasse but what an atmosphere with waiters with big personalities.
