The show is over for another week and I am off to Italy. I am SO EXCITED!! For those of you who feel like checking out some lovely links this weekend I can highly recommend the following:

I love Italian food. Click on over to Elaine’s blog The Italian Dish it will have you donning the apron and cooking up a storm, fresh and full of inspiration from a recent trip to Italy. The Capri inspired Lemon Cake has me drooling!! For the non bakers (moi) Elaine holds your hand and step by step guides you through it, with beautiful pics to inspire. I think this line “This cake is great in the morning with coffee, but it’s awfully good also after dinner with a little limoncello!” sold me on the cake..
